Radcliffe To Set 150 New Schools in India
Radcliffe Foundation, a premier foundation with education as the primary goal, has decided to set up 150 new Radcliffe schools across India in the next five years. It has so far invested already Rs. 100 crores in setting up nursery schools(classes I-V) in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata and Raipur, is set to invest around Rs 300 crore more. Managing Trustee, Nymph Kaul told the media that the schools would be futuristic designed and will supplement cutting-edge technology and education under specially trained staff, uniformed curriculum and intends to target the middle classes.
”Our large population is an asset to the country, which can turn into a rock around our neck without proper education. For our human resource to be productive, we need proper education. Good education is not a gift for only the urban population. We will also open schools in Tier II towns across the country including the Northeast region. What we offer is to make our students flexible experts with strong value systems. We also will do away with extra tuitions for our students.”
Separate laptops apart from the standard chalk and board will be provided for each class. These and many more facilities can be availed at a monthly payment of Rs 3500 only.
