A Delhi Crane overturned and got over another injuring 12 labourers at the propesed Saket Metro site in New Delhi, and leaving two others at a critical stage. “It appears that one crane developed a mechanical snag and lost its balance,” Anuj Dayal, a Delhi Metro official said. The Saket station will link Connaught Place to Gurgaon in neighbouring Haryana. The line is set to open in March 2010. Although Metro officials claim there have been no injuries at the spot, the two injured have been rushed to a near-by hospital. There were 30 workers present when the “mechanical failure” took place
