Right in the heart of Jammu and Kashmir sat a man upon whom was given the most important task for the survival of a militant group, i.e., Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)  who has been working day and night to run with success a money laundering (hawala) racket in order to fund the miitants of this separatist group, police officials said today. “The arrested traders had been taking a 40 percent cut for running and supporting the racket and passing on the other 60 percent to LeT militant group,” an inspecting official revealed today.According to the trader’s confessions, they have been receiving pulses and other goods from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir through the Line of Control (LOC) and selling the received merchandize here.
